Terms of Service
1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern the sales of RGAA accessibility scanning services offered by RGAA Test SAS on the site rgaa-test.fr.
2. Services
RGAA Test offers an automated web accessibility audit service compliant with the French General Accessibility Improvement Framework (RGAA). The service includes:
- Automated accessibility scan of a website (up to 20 pages)
- Generation of a detailed compliance report
- Personalized AI-generated recommendations
- RGAA compliance score
3. Price
The price of a scan is 15 euros including VAT. Payment is made online by credit card via the secure Stripe platform. Payment is required before the scan begins.
4. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose execution began with the consumer's agreement.
However, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if the report cannot be generated due to a technical issue on our end.
5. Liability
RGAA Test provides an automated audit for informational purposes. The results do not constitute an official RGAA compliance audit and we cannot be held responsible for any penalties related to non-compliance. For an official audit, we recommend consulting an accessibility expert.
6. Personal Data
The processing of personal data is detailed in our Privacy Policy.
7. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
